Rabbi Yamin Levy is a distinguished Sephardic rabbi, educator, and author who has served the American pulpit for nearly four decades. A leading voice in Sephardic scholarship, he has published seven acclaimed books and numerous articles in multiple languages, with a deep focus on Maimonides and the Andalusian Jewish intellectual tradition. His recent works—including The Mysticism of Andalusia and Jewish Mysticism: Essays on Maimonides’ Guide of the Perplexed—trace the roots of Sephardic thought from Rav Saadia Gaon through the medieval era.
